Observation

0260(1) There were cleaning prodcuts labeled "keep out of reach of children" located in the sudy room 1, dish soap in study room 2. Since the door to the kitchen was open all cleaning products were accessible to the children. clorox wipes and hand sanitizer bottles were located near the attendance-accessible to children. In addition, there was a hand sanitizer dispenser installed in the wall that was accessible to children. Two large bottles of hand sanitizers were located in the copier room that was also accessiblle to the children. 0260(2)(a) Storage rooms across from the guppies classroom were accessible to the children. The green storage unit in the outdoor area was also accessible to the children. 0260(5) There was broom accessible to the children in one of the school age classrooms. A hammer, screw driver was accessible to children in the bottom of a cabinet in the copier room. Toilet plunger was accessible in the otter/panda restroom.
